Citizens Foundation founder part of 20-member national delegation to visit Israel

Ranchi: Ganesh Reddy, founder of Citizens Foundation (CF), an NGO headquartered in Ranchi which works across different states, is named as 20-member national delegation which is touring Israel to explore various development related opportunities across various spectrums. Reddy is the only representative from Jharkhand in this tour.

The delegation will tour Israel between September 11-18, it said in a statement on Sunday. The tour is being organized by the Confederation of Indian Industries in association with the Embassy of Israel

Reddy said, “The visit will be an opportunity to witness and explore opportunities for collaboration in the fields of agriculture, health and food technology. During my time in Israel, I will be visiting the Tel Aviv University and the Volcani Center which is under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Israel where research on agricultural technology is done by 200 scientists.”

Israel is one of the leaders in the field of agricultural technology innovations and 75% of all agricultural technology innovations in Israelis being undertaken in the Volcani Center. “Apart from this, I will also be visiting Feat Investments, where investments are ensured on agriculture and food related technology,” he said.

Apart from this, an opportunity on round table conference and B2B meetings with the representatives of the health related institutions is also included in the program.
