Jharkhand: Sarkar aapke dwar from Nov 16
Ranchi: Hemant Soren government has decided to celebrate statehood day function on November 15 in a low-key manner at Project Building in view of covid-19 pandemic but is planning for a mega bash on December 29 to celebrate completion of two years of JMM-Congress-RJD coalition government in the state. The government has also decided to rollout aapke adhikar, aapka sarkar, aapke dwar from November 16 till December 28 across all the districts in run up to government’s second anniversary, said officials.
Chief secretary Sukhdev Singh has issued a formal order detailing about the roadmap to all the deputy commissioners as well as departments for the twin events. “The statehood day will be low-key with limited gathering at Project Building this time. During the ceremony, key projects planned by the government will be inaugurated, foundation stones will be laid for some and distribution of appointment letters will take place,” said Singh.
About aapke adhikar, aapka sarkar, aapke dwar programme, he said that all the districts will organize special camps at panchayat levels to facilitate welfare schemes reach the real beneficiaries. “Every district is mandated to orgnaise camps in four to five panchayats daily for creation or correction of ration cards, facilitation of pension schemes, solving grievances of people, distribution/allotment of rural job cards under MNREGA, distribution of welfare schemes to bonafide beneficiaries among others will take place,” he noted in his order.
Since 2021 has been declared as a year of employment by Soren dispensation this year, Singh has also directed all departments to clear backlogs and sort out appointment modalities to ensure distribution of job letters to maximum people.
