XLRI: Interviews for admission from first week of Feb

Jamshedpur: About 4000 students across different programmes have been shortlisted for group discussion and personal interview process for admission into the Xavier School of Management (XLRI) this year. The prestigious B-school located in Jamshedpur announced on Monday publishing the cut off marks on its website.

For the Ex-PGDM program, interviews will be held in the first week of February. For the Business Management (BM) & Human Resources Management (HRM) interviews will be conducted between February 20 and March 25.

“This time, the cut-offs are lowered, and special preference is given to female candidates to encourage them. For the HRM program, there are different cut-offs for male-engineering, female engineering, male non-engineering, and female non-engineering candidates. Cut off percentiles for admission are based on several factors,” XLRI said in a statement, adding that the main determining factors are the number of candidates appearing in the XAT exam, the difficulty level of the XAT question paper and number of seats allotted for admission.
